Tips for Independent Study
If you miss a session: Don't try to cram two sessions into one. Just pick up where you left off. The pacing is a guide, not a rule.
If you're confused: 1) Re-read the section. 2) Check the FAQ. 3) Use the Glossary. 4) Use the Exit Ticket to ask your teacher.
If something seems wrong in the language: Use the Exit Ticket. If you have Dakota language background, your correction is especially valuable.
Before every quiz: Make sure your Completion Checklist shows mostly 🟢 and ⭐. If you have mostly 🔴, do not take the quiz yet — go back and practice.
